Our complimentary introductory sessions are an excellent way to check if coach and coachee can work well together, contact us to find out more. The important thing is that you feel that you ‘click’ with Christina, mutual respect is the basis of a successful coaching partnership.
How long do I need to commit?
For coaching we ask for a commitment of a minimum of four one-hour sessions, change is a process that takes a bit of time. One session every two weeks gives you time to implement some of the changes from session to session and maintains momentum.
