A coach, the perfect addition to your support network

Our coaching service focuses on supporting mid-career professionals, the often forgotten group who’ve been in the workforce for around 8-15+ years. We work with them as they make progress towards specific goals. Using our business experience we focus on practical change. We are the objective person, ‘sounding board’ for clients to discuss, review and clarify their current situation and the route towards achieving sustainable long-term success.

People we work with

There are many different reasons why people work with a coach. We wanted to share a few situations and scenarios where clients find themselves in need of a coach’s support.

  • Early career burn-out

Pressure builds up more quickly these days: it’s a highly competitive, 24/7 job market. Many couples are managing dual careers and balancing having a family with progressing their careers. Practical support can help you navigate away from the tiredness and lethargy of work burn-out.

  • Managing a significant mid-career change

From MBA graduates to long-serving senior executives – out of choice or necessity – many people take this journey. Coaching can provide a framework for planning change and taking the steps required towards the new future, defined by you and your priorities.

  • Stuck in the career others expect of you

Today’s Gen Y and Gen X workforce often have more opportunities and choices than any generation before. But it’s still hard to make the move when peer and family pressure get in the way. Coaching can help you focus on your goals, give them support and move in the direction you want to go, whilst managing the input from friends and family more harmoniously.

  • Globalised life as a third culture adult

With the opportunities comes the challenges; questions about identity, building strong social networks away from home. Setting up a new life, planning a move – coaching can help you manage priorities and make a smoother transition.
