About us

Treat a person like a brand, not a commodity

The Christina Jeloschek Partnership was born in late 2011. Working in Asia since 2008, Founder Christina saw growing demand for career and talent development services. Christina has cultivated a particular interest in the ‘leaders of tomorrow’, this often forgotten group of mid-career professionals who’ve developed valuable, varied experience during their 8-15+ years of worklife.

Our aim is to support individuals and organisations in building a sustainable future in this global, fast paced and ever more demanding talent market, enabling people to take ownership of their careers. We operate on simple principles of professionalism: build trust as the basis for relationships, deliver what you promise and keep ahead in your expertise.

During her more than 12 years of global business, recruitment and HR experience Christina has lived in various countries including China, UK, Netherlands and her homeland Austria. Based in Singapore since 2008, she brings considerate insight and diverse experience to her work as a consultant and coach.

Diverse international experience

After completing her Masters in International Business (studying in Austria and Sweden) she began corporate life as an Export Manager in Vienna. In 2001 she was selected for a position on BP’s prestigious high-potential EUROGRADUATE programme. Christina spent nearly six years working in Amsterdam and London establishing a solid base of both business and talent development experience. Her various roles included time on the trading floors and project management of cross-functional teams on a company wide initiative.

Increasingly Christina had felt the pull of Asia as a business and personal development opportunity. She planned an education sabbatical in Beijing where she spent 9 months studying Mandarin and Business Studies. On completion, in support of her husband’s career, she returned to Europe to take on the role of Corporate Recruitment Manager and Career Coach for the Netherland’s number one rated MBA business school, RSM Erasmus University.

Building business in Singapore

Christina moved back to Asia in late 2008, she quickly connected to the Asian community through her role as Head Organiser for ORIENTED Singapore, a global professional network. In 2009 she joined Talent2 as Senior Talent Search Consultant (ASEAN) supporting B2B clients in the industrial sector. She enhanced her HR know-how with formal learning and local relevance at the Singapore HR Institute, completing the Singapore Employment Act Certificate (2009) and then a Postgraduate Diploma in Talent Management (2011).

A coach’s journey

Christina’s starting point was as a mentor for new graduates whilst at BP. She went on to discover coaching first hand as a client. Recognising and developing these skills, she sought an opportunity to use her coaching capabilities more fully.

In her role supporting newly graduated MBA students coachi.g became integral to her job.

With the move into recruitment and consulting she developed a strong understanding of organisational and individual needs – and how a blended approach of consulting, advising and coaching could make an impact. In 2011 she completed Coaching Core Essential Skills, an intense training programme of 7O+ hours, with Coach U, an International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited organisation.
